• children have appointments for hip examinations at a specific time
• newborns do not have appointments and are examined with priority
• adult clients – exact time might not be kept – depends on the duration of X–Ray examination.

II. Internal Department

• Outpatient Section for Chronically Ill is attended predominantly by patients with appointments

Pneumonia and Chest Surgery Clinic

• Outpatient Section for Chronically Ill – appointments are not scheduled for a certain time – due to the specifics of the medical field (almost every client is sent to screening, spirometry or blood gases screening)

X-Rays

• X-Ray Department operates non-stop at Surgical Clinic, ORT and CT. At other clinics and departments daily until 14,30, and until 14,00 on Fridays.

Department of Otorhinolaryngology

• Clients of the Outpatient Section for Chronically Ill make appointments scheduled for a certain time

Department of Paediatrics

• Clients make appointments scheduled for a specific time in the specialised sections. The general outpatient section – emergency – is visited by clients with a recommendation or without it non-stop. If they are not hospitalised, they visit their GP or the outpatient section for further check–up and then their appointments (sampling or examination) are scheduled for a specific time.

Internal Department

• Clients have appointments scheduled for a specific time in Outpatient Sections for Chronically Ill.

Gynaecological and Obstetric Clinic

• Most clients – by phone for a specific time, COP Consultation, Antenatal Consultation, Mammology, Consilium Consultation and Urogynecology Consultation.
  
  General Outpatient Sections – order of patients decided by doctor.

Surgical Clinic

• Clients have appointments scheduled for a specific time in the specialised sections

FBLR

• Clients have appointments scheduled for a specific time

Dermatology

• Appointments – 4 clients per hour – first come first served

Radiation Oncology Institute

• Outpatient Sections for Chronically Ill – scheduled for a specific time

Department of Functional Diagnostics and Centre for Preventive Care

• All Outpatient Sections – scheduled for a specific day – hour, examination in cardiologic and angiologic sections – emergency and clients without appointments.

Plastic Surgery Clinic

• Patients can approach a doctor directly – they are then treated by them from consultation, appointments, operations to postoperative examinations. Or they are transferred to a colleague and receive „from A to Z“ service from them. If a patient comes for the first time without a specific requirement, they are automatically transferred to the doctor who is on duty.
  All new patients come during the working hours in the Outpatient Section for Chronically Ill + injuries anytime. All surgeons have their predetermined out–patient days even outside the Outpatient Section for Chronically Ill.

Stomatology

• Tu – from 8,30 – HIV patients – other days by appointment.
